This jig is adjustable from 36 to 53" and locks in place.  Set the jig to the customers claimed measurements, put the belt on it and take a picture!  No argument!

Also very helpful in figuring out the "shrinkage" od anything of thickness as it goes around a bend.  No more estimating.
